A great idea for that ‘Big Game’ party or whenever you need a hors d’ oeuvre that will impress your guests.
- 1 jar of Macho Mayo
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- salt and pepper (to taste)
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until bubbling. Transfer to a mini crockpot or chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with pita chips, Melba toast, flatbread, tortilla chips, wheat thins.
