Gladstone Walmart evacuated for bomb threat

GLADSTONE, Mo. — Police confirmed Wednesday morning that they investigated a bomb threat at the Walmart in Gladstone, 7207 North MO Highway 1, and as a precaution evacuated the building of employees and customers.

Officers arrived at about 7:30 to begin the evacuation. They swept the store, didn’t find an explosive and cleared the scene at about 9:15 a.m.
