OLATHE, Kan. -- Early Tuesday morning, an Olathe family said they were disrupted by an intruder who didn't seem to want money. Jimmy Ebrecht said he heard something around two in the morning, so he went downstairs to check things out.

He didn't find anything.

"Fell asleep on the couch like right around 2:00 or 2:15, and woke up to her screaming at 3:15 or so, and I guess there was a guy up there restraining her, and we don't know why. He didn't take anything," said Jimmy.

He said the alleged intruder ran down the stairs and into him. Jimmy wrestled him to the ground, breaking the staircase banister and a window. The Johnson County district attorney just charged Jesus Holguin-Loredo in connection with the alleged intrusion on Wednesday.

He's being held on $100,000 bond and must wear a GPS monitor.
