Krestin Hawk,25, was wanted in connection to a deadly car crash.
Hawk was arrested in Lee's Summit on Tuesday. She was arraigned on Wednesday on charges of involuntary manslaughter.
Prosecutors said that on February 15 Hawk was driving drunk -- nearly 1.5 times the legal limit-- when she crashed and killed her passenger.
Kaitlyn Turner died at the scene. Turner left behind a grieving family and a 2-year-old daughter.
Hawk, who lived in Butler, Mo. had been on the run since charges were filed two months after the crash.
Hawk was added to the Most Wanted list nearly two weeks ago, but has since died her hair black.
Police said a telephone call helped lead to Hawk's arrest.
Hawk is due back in court June 11.
