Former Funky Munky Music teacher accused of inappropriate touching, missing

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Shawnee and Overland Park police say a former music teacher, who is accused of inappropriately touching his students, is still missing.

On Saturday Overland Park police say Sean Dow, 27, cut off his monitoring bracelet and disappeared. As of 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dow was still missing.

They believe Dow is more likely to harm to himself, but are contacting all of his believed to be potential victims in order to make them aware.

On April 14, Dow, who was a music instructor at Funky Munky Music in Shawnee, was charged with two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Dow is accused of inappropriately touching two children under the age of 14 who were customers at the shop.
