KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- It's important to always be prepared in case someone attacks you.

Nick Hughes and Frass Azab stopped by the FOX 4 studio on Saturday morning to teach viewers how to defend themselves.

the classes are Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday is multiples training and Sunday is knife attack defense.
