KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Father's Day is just a few days away, which means there will be plenty of people looking to grill up their favorite meats. FOX 4's Nick Vasos and his dad Don took over the studio kitchen to reveal the secret behind their favorite rib recipe.
- Room temperature,
- Rinse off in cold water
- Remove the silver membrane from the back
- Lay the ribs on a flat surface meat side down
- Apply rub
- Bring smoker temperature to 225 degrees
- Add wood chips
- Smoke ribs four to five hours.
