Two stabbed in fight outside Overland Park bar

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Police are looking for a suspect who they say was involved in the stabbing of two people during a fight in a parking lot of a sports bar.

Police say the fight involving several people started as Max Sports Pub near 87th and Antioch let out right before 2:00 a.m.  During the fight at least one person pulled out a knife and stabbed two people. Then according to witnesses ran away, ran away. Police say the stabbing victims were taken to the hospital. One has life threatening injuries, while the other was treated and released. Police say they are gathering information from several witnesses. They have one person in custody and are still looking for another suspect.

At 6:00 a.m. there were still cars in the parking lot. Witnesses believe one may belong to the person who did the stabbing.
