Crab Rolls

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 8-oz package imitation crab
  • 1 8-oz container of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of seafood seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 4 split top buns

Shred crab meat in bowl. Mix in yogurt, chopped celery, and seasoning.  Spread melted butter on bun and toast. Fill bun with crab mix.
