Prosecutors: Man set up camera to record nudity in dressing room

OLATHE, Kan. -- A 30-year-old man is accused of installing a camera to secretly record a person undressing.

The camera was reportedly found at a TJ Maxx store in Overland Park, Kansas, and according to prosecutors, was used by Jared Morton on August 7 to record a person nude or undressing.

He's charged with breach of privacy.

Additionally, Morton is charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Bond was set at $15,000. Morton is under house arrest with GPS monitoring. He's not to go within 100 yards of the alleged victim's residence or employment and he's not to use illegal drugs, or alcohol or firearms.
