KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A missing northland man was found dead on Tuesday, according to the Kansas City Missouri Police Department.
Authorities initially issued a Silver Alert for 86-year-old Ronald Freeman on July 24, 2015. The alert stated that he had been missing since July 11.
According to police, Freeman suffered from PTSD and had suffered two recent heart attacks.
Freeman’s sons, daughter-in-law and granddaughter all helped in the search from him.
Police say that Freeman died of natural causes.
