KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- As kids head back to school it's important for parents to make sure they are getting nutrient-dense meals so they can feel and perform their best. Registered dietitian Lisa Markley from Whole Foods says it's important to include lots of color and protein in their meals. Lisa shared two meal ideas that will meet those requirements.
