OLATHE, Kan. — A jury is expected to be seated on Friday in the Frazier Glen Cross case.
Prosecutors say they expect opening statements on Monday.
Cross accused of shooting and killing three people outside the Jewish Community Center, and Village Shalom retirement complex in April of 2014.
Prosecutors say Cross shot and killed 69-year-old William Corporan, his grandson, 14-year-old Reat Underwood, and 53-year-old Terri Lamanno.
Cross is representing himself at the trial and could get the death penalty if convicted.
