AT&T customers frustrated by service disruption

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — AT&T customers in Kansas City are likely experienced issues with their wireless service Wednesday morning due to a hardware issue. Chris Lester with AT&T Media Relations tells FOX 4 that technicians worked diligently to restore service as soon as possible. The outage lasted till just before 11:30 a.m.

In a news release, Lester said voice over LTE services were not affected.

He also apologized for the inconvenience.
