KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The first round of parent-teacher conferences are coming up in October and that can be nerve-wracking for both parents and kids. Dr. Wes Crenshaw is a family psychologist and his wife Lucinda is a seventh grade teacher in Lawrence. The two say the meetings between parents and teachers should be productive not intimidating.
