KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Friday is your chance to own replicas of all those Royals banners you have seen you’ve seen around downtown.

They feature the KC moniker and a baseball and if you look closely you’ll notice some iconic Kansas City locations in the background including the Kauffman Center.

The vinyl banners are 15 by 36 inches, half the size of the ones downtown and go for $25. A portion of the proceeds go to benefit the City of Fountains Foundations, the non-profit that works to repair and restore Kansas City’s Fountains.

Banners are available at City Hall Friday afternoon between 2 and 4 p.m. They are $25, cash only.

You may also purchase your banner at the City Communications Office on the 21st floor of City Hall during regular business hours. Parking is available in the Wolf garage at 11th & Oak, the first half hour is free.

Banners will also be sold on Wednesday, Oct. 28th from 4-6 p.m. at the Gregg/Klice Community Center, 1600 John “Buck” O’Neil Way in the 18th & Vine Jazz District.
