JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. -- A man was jailed on Thursday in Johnson County on a murder charge, and he is being held on a $15 million bond. James Willis faces a first-degree murder charge, and expected to be in court next week .

A source close to the investigation tells FOX 4 that Willis is a suspect in the shooting death of Jurl Carter, who was killed outside the Roxy Bar in Overland Park in September.

Sources say another man being held on a $15 million bond, Dale Willis, is also suspected in that shooting. A family friend says Dale and James Willis are brothers.

The case against them has been sealed by the court.
