Studies show that nearly 90 percent of couples stick with their fitness programs when they workout together.
All you'll need for these workouts is a Stability Ball and your own weight. You want to do each exercise 10-12 times for three sets. The workouts include ab reach ups, wheelbarrow squats and hand offs. If you don't have a significant other don't worry, just grab a friend.
