Driver to be tested for possible intoxication after accident involving multiple vehicles in KCK

KANSAS CITY, Kan. –Police in Kansas City, Kan., are investigating an accident that involved multiple vehicles Tuesday morning.

Kansas City, Kan., police say that the accident happened around 9:45 a.m.,  near 75th and State Avenue.

Witnesses tell FOX 4 that the driver of a red vehicle was heading south on 75th Street when she crashed into a man’s gray Hyundai Sonata, which went across traffic  and hit two more vehicles. The woman then took down a stop sign before slamming into a garage at a Storage Mart at 75th and State Avenue.

Police say the maroon vehicle finally came to a stop when it crashed into a garage at a Storage Mart.

No injuries were reported in the accident.

The driver of the red vehicle was taken to the hospital to be tested for possible intoxication.
