Prosecutors say Chinn shot Schutkesting in the chest inside of the Double Nickel Bar and Grill in the 100 block of South Rogers Road late Wednesday night.  Schutkesting died at the scene from his injuries.

A canine officer helped lead police to Chinn, who left out the back of the bar.

Investigators say there were customers inside the bar at the time of the shooting.

Chinn, who is being held with bond set at $1,000,000,  is due to appear in court at 1:30 p.m., on Friday.
