All lanes of I-35 and I-435 back open as Johnson County Gateway Project construction continues

JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. -- All directions and all lanes affected by the Johnson County Gateway Project construction over the weekend are back open Monday morning.

Demolition crews began closing down all lanes of northbound I-35 and I-435 for bridge demolition on Thursday and reopened on Friday. All lanes of northbound I-35 and I-435 were closed down for bridge ramp demolition work from Friday through Sunday.

All lanes of eastbound I-435 at I-35 were fully closed from Friday at 10 p.m., through Monday morning.
