PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. -- On a hot, sunny afternoon police say a man "bared it all" and was quickly put out of Prairie Village Municipal Pool in Harmon Park.

"He was sunbathing on a lounger at the adult pool and he was wearing a thong swimsuit," said Captain Byron Roberson with the Prairie Village Police Department.

Police say on June 9th parents with their kids spotted the man, who's in his 40's, wearing the thong swimsuit.

Witnesses say when the man turned over on the lounger, they were immediately offended. Cops were called and the officers approached the thong wearer and asked him to leave the public pool.

"We encountered this same man last year at the city pool for the same thing. We gave him a verbal warning then and asked him to leave the pool which he complied. This time we recognized it was the same person; therefore, we cited him and escorted him out of the public pool," said Captain Roberson.

Police cited the man for violating the city's public nudity ordinance. Now, he will have to face a judge.
