LEAVENWORTH, Kan. -- A man facing criminal charges for sexually abusing veterans at the Leavenworth VA Medical Center now faces another lawsuit.

The new lawsuit is at least the tenth federal lawsuit filed against Mark Wisner, and the U.S., government. The most recently was filed by an Iraq War veteran who lives somewhere in Kansas.

Wisner, who surrendered his physician's assistant license last year, is accused of over medicating, and sexually abusing a John Doe plaintiff.

He's also facing criminal charges in Leavenworth County and remains in Leavenworth County custody.
