KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Storm systems moving through the metro area Friday afternoon and night first spawned Tornado Warnings, and then caused dangerous flash flooding. FOX 4 Weather reported that radar indicated some areas received as many as four inches of rain within the span of three hours.
