KCK officer rescues dog from hot vehicle, drenches dog with water

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A Kansas City, Kan., police officer help rescue a dog that was left inside of a hot vehicle Tuesday.

The Kansas City, Kan., police department said Officer Carl Rowland drenched the dog in water once he got the dog out of the hot car.

“He and [sic] most likely saved the dog’s life,” the police department said in a Facebook post.
