JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. — The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, in conjunction with the FBI, have captured a potentially dangerous fugitive.
After an exhaustive search, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department was able to locate and apprehend 37-year-old Adam S. Brandt.
Brandt had a felony warrant for his arrest related to an aggravated battery charge. He was known to frequent the Kansas City, Kan. area and casinos, the sheriff’s office said via press release.
Brandt was known to be armed and have violent tendencies.
Authorities located Brandt in northwest Kansas City, Kan. and took him into custody without incident.
