OLATHE, Kan. — A 34-year old Kansas City, Kan., woman is charged in Johnson County with contributing to a child’s misconduct and with felony theft. According to court records, Tanisha Lopez was arrested Friday morning for an incident that allegedly happened in June at Macy’s. Lopez’s bond was set at $10,000, but because of a probation violation, another $100,000 is added to that.

Prosecutors charge her with violating KS Stat § 21-5603, which includes ‘knowingly causing or encouraging a child under 18 years of age to commit an act which, if committed by an adult, would be a felony.’
