KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Fire Department is at the scene of a house fire near 56th and Colrain.
Crews responded to reports of a house fire shortly before 1 p.m. Saturday.
FOX 4 was at the scene and saw the home quite involved, with visible flames and heavy smoke.
Firefighters said the blaze started in a garage, which led to extensive damage to the rest of the house. The cause is believed to be accidental.
No one was injured in the fire, but two cats could not be located.
