Lee's Summit police release picture of suspect vehicle

LEE’S SUMMMIT, Mo. — Lee’s Summit police are investigating a shooting Thursday in the area of N.E. Douglas and N.E. Victoria Drive.  When officers arrived in the area at about 7:30 p.m., the victim told them that another vehicle had followed them from a nearby business parking lot and fired two shots into their vehicle.

On Friday, police released a picture of the suspect vehicle and are asking for the public’s help in locating it. The vehicle, a newer model, white Chevrolet Tahoe, four-door with rear end and rear bumper damage, sped from the scene after the shooting.
