KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- More than 80,000 fans enjoyed a beautiful day of October racing at Kansas Speedway on Sunday.
The Sprint Cup Series' Hollywood Casino 400 will start at 1 p.m. and FOX 4's Carey Wickersham is getting the scoop at ground level.
Before the race, Carey spoke with one of the track presidents about the "aging" that's taken place on the track in the four years since its installation.
She also got to meet driver Landon Cassill and take a few laps around the track in the pace car with retired driver Brett Bodine.
The Xfinity Series' Kansas Lottery 300 took place Saturday, with Kyle Busch taking the top spot.
