37-year-old KC man found shot to death on city’s east side

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man in his 30s was shot to death on Tuesday night in the 3700 block of Fremont, and police are investigating the shooting as a homicide.

Officers went to the crime scene at about 9:30 p.m. where 37-year-old Jeremy Eubanks was found with no signs of life and was pronounced deceased a short time later. Witnesses told investigators that that dark-colored compact car fled the scene following the sound of gunshots.
