Chocolate chews recipe

Makes 12 servings (1 ball per serving)

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. low fat cream cheese
  • 4 teaspoons half-n-half cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 5 teaspoons chunky peanut butter
  • 1 package sugar free chocolate pudding
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:

With a fork blend the first 6 ingredients together.  Roll into small balls and roll in nuts.  Store in freezer for one hour.  Keep refrigerated.

Nutritional information per serving:  62 calories; 4g protein; 2 g carbohydrates; .5g fiber; 89 mg sodium; 4 g total fat (.5 g saturated fat); 1 mg cholesterol
