That victim later died of his injuries.

"My mom and dad had a house built here and it's always been a quiet neighborhood," Nancy Bond told FOX 4's Robert Townsend.

Neighbors say around 5:30 p.m. that they heard multiple gunshots, and moments later they saw paramedics roll a man out of a house on a stretcher.

"It's very unusual and I didn't expect anything like this to happen here," Bond said.

Neighbors also say another man lives in the home with his 18-year-old son and teenage daughter. FOX 4 was also told he was not home at the time of the shooting.
