Emmy Award winning reporter, Leslie Carto, is better at writing about other people than about herself. So she'll keep this short. So as not to bore you.
Following love (oh boy, that's sickeningly sweet) Leslie moved to Kansas City in March of 2005. It didn't take her long to find her place on Fox 4's Nightside reporting team. Leslie has also spent time filling in on the Weekend morning anchor desk (yes, it's true the best part is when guests bring in food. Especially dessert).
In August 2010, Leslie had a baby boy. And he's awesome. But after more than a year of one-on-one time, her son asked her to go back to work. He told Leslie she had taught him all she could... and he was tired of her jokes.
So she went back to FOX 4, and found once again found herself a spot in the newsroom (it was not the same spot she left behind. See, they gave Leslie's desk to another reporter. But she's not bitter.)
