New Study Links Deep Sleep and Blood Pressure

Do you feel sleepy in the morning, sometimes with a headache, even though you think you got plenty of sleep? It could be that you aren't getting enough deep sleep.

According to a new study, older men who got the least amount of deep sleep, or slow-wave sleep, were more likely to develop high blood pressure.
