KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Time is running out in the search for little Lisa Irwin, says a retired FBI agent and private security consultant.Michael Tabman spent 24 years with the FBI, and is now a private security consultant and author. He says that in the case of missing 10-month-old Lisa Irwin, he was initially optimistic that the child would soon be found. But now he says that he's not so sure.
