A man's house is his castle, so goes the saying, right? But one Show-Me-State millionaire's colossal castle is bigger than most.
Michigan software entrepreneur, and Brunswick, Missouri, native Steve Huff, took FOX 4's Robert Townsend on a tour of his palatial "Pensmore."
The 72,000 square foot mansion is in the making right now in the Ozark Mountains just south of Springfield, Mo.
Pensmore, which features 13 bedrooms, 14 baths, a two-level library and a breath-taking rotunda, is more than just a home. The enormous estate, made of thousands of yards of special concrete and unique, tiny pieces of wire is built to withstand an E-F5 tornado, similar to the one that obliterated Joplin, Mo., in May 2011.
Pensmore's special makeup will allow the supersize structure to be electricity-free, making this energy efficient home the first of its kind. When it's completed in late 2013, the massive, Missouri mansion, that's bigger than the White House, will reportedly be the fourth largest home in America.
