Light Cranberry Relish
1 pound (about 2) unpeeled red apples, cored
1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries
1 navel orange, peeled and segmented
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Splenda™ (to taste)
Place apples, cranberries and orange
in food processor or grinder
process until finely chopped.
Stir in walnuts
Add sugar and Splenda™ until
sweetened to your taste.
