Light Cranberry Relish

Serves 6


  • 1 pound (about 2) unpeeled red apples, cored
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Splenda™ (to taste)


  • Place apples, cranberries and orange
    in food processor or grinder
  • Cover and
    process until finely chopped.
  • Stir in walnuts
  • Add sugar and Splenda™ until
    sweetened to your taste.

Nutrition facts per serving

: 95 calories, 4 grams total fat,
15 grams carbohydrate, 1 milligram sodium

Saves 75 calories compared to traditional cranberry relish.

Omit nuts to reduce to 60 calories & 0 gram fat per serving
