MU Upsets Texas

Columbia, Mo.–The Missouri Tigers upset the Texas Longhorns for the first time 14 years. The Tigers ended their losing streak against the Longhorns with a 17-5 win in Columbia on Saturday.

Texas was first to get on the board with a field goal in the first quarter. The Tigers took off in the second quarter and ended the first half with a 14-3 lead.

Both teams scored in the third half, but Texas was unable to recover. Mizzou takes on Texas Tech on Nov. 19 in Columbia.
