Holiday Mail for Heroes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tis the holiday season and while many of us will share good tidings with our friends and family, many servicemen and women will not.

Through the Red Cross’s Holiday Mail for Heroes program, you can send holiday cards to service members, veterans, and their families. See cards from previous years.

All cards must be postmarked no later than Friday, December 9. Cards postmarked after this date will be returned to the sender.

Snail mail cards may be mailed to:

Holiday Mail For Heroes
P.O. Box 5456
Capitol Heights, MD 20791-5456

This year, the Red Cross also offers the option to send online cards for $1. Those interested can choose from one of four designs and include a personal message. The Red Cross will then print the card and deliver it. Send an online card here.
