Man Killed in South Side Shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death on the city’s south side on Friday night.

According to Kansas City Missouri Police, officers were called to the area of 75th and Troost on a report of shots fired around 8:45 p.m. when they found 43-year-old Terrance Jackson behind a business. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

Police say that they have no suspects in the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS.
