Independence Man Never Arrived to Lake as Expected

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — Randy Bass, 52, of Independence was headed out-of-town Tuesday morning, presumably for Pomme de Terre Lake but never arrived at his destination.

Independence Police say he was driving a silver and blue, 1986 Nissan short-bed pick-up truck with a silver camper shell. The license plate is OKD190. He is 5’11” and weighs 205 lbs with sandy brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen in Harrisonville, Mo, stopping off at Wal-Mart and McDonald’s and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
