HY-VEE RECIPE: Sirloin Pepper Soup
Serves: 8


  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee chili-style beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee chili-ready diced tomatoes
  • 1 (14 oz) can lower-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
  • 1 (1 lb) package Birds Eye™ pepper stir-fry mix
  • 5 dashes hot sauce


  • 1- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients
  • Bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes
