Hyvee: Meatless Nachos


  • 1 bag Quorn Grounds (Meatless & Soy-Free)
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning
  • ¾ cup water


  • Brown the Quorn Grounds
  •  Add taco seasoning and water and simmer until warm
  • Serve with whole grain tortilla chips and salsa

Kale Chips:


  •  Drizzle the kale with oil and sprinkle with salt. Using your hands, massage the oil and salt onto the kale leaves to evenly coat. Fill 2 large rimmed baking sheets with a layer of kale,
  • Bake at 400°F for 8-12 minutes.
