COLUMBIA, Mo. — Virtually unbeatable at home, the Missouri Tigers did it again Saturday night, beating the Kansas Jayhawks 74-71.

At the half, Missouri led Kansas 39-34. But Kansas jumped ahead by as many as nine points late in the second half. Still, Missouri fought back, and in the final 90 seconds, Missouri’s Marcus Denmon scored nine points.

Tyshawn Taylor led the Tigers with 21 points. Jayhawks Thomas Robinson led KU with 25 points.

The victory for the Tigers could be their last at-home win against the Jayhawks, as they look to leave the Big 12 Conference and join the SEC. The two teams square off again Feb. 25 in Lawrence.
