Andre's Valentine Truffle Heart Ganache
5oz heavy whipping cream
8oz milk or bittersweet chocolate
Bring the cream and butter to a boil and add to either chopped up or melted chocolate. Mix until ingredients are incorporated trying not to whip air into your ganache. Place wax paper on top of the ganache and let cool to body temperature. Fill chocolate shells with a piping bag.
For something different decrease your cream by 1oz and replace with your favorite liquor.
