KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- High blood pressure puts you at risk for heart attacks and strokes.  Some people can't get their blood pressure down even with lifestyle changes and multiple medicines.

Fox 4 Medical Reporter Meryl Lin McKean says a metro man is one of the first in the country to test a procedure for lowering blood pressure.
