Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the moon, but it took a whole team to get there. Duane Seaman told us about his role in the historic 1969 moon landing.

He's written a book entitled, "Essays in Idleness."

R. Duane Seaman was raised in Kansas City, Missouri. After serving 30 months in the Air Force, Seaman attended college at the University of Missouri, Jochi Dai Gaku in Tokyo and the University of Houston. In 1965 he was hired as a project supervisor for the Apollo Project at the NASA Johnson Space Center. In 1970 he organized AIM Financial Systems Group, Inc. until retiring as President and CEO 28 years later. Seaman, who now resides in Independence, MO, is listed in Marquis' Who's Who In America and Who's Who in Finance and Industry.
