Rap Artist Works to Encourage Others with Program

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Kansas City, Kansas rap artist Roger Sugg shares his information about his program at the Kansas City Kansas Community College.

It's called "Fringe Benefits of Education." It's a class that's held every Thursday and free to anyone, but the program is designed to tap into the strengths of males 17 to 24 years of age who may be losing hope in regards to their success at school or work.
