Chiefs and TE Kevin Boss Agree to Terms
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs and tight end Kevin Boss agreed to a three-year contract on Thursday. The deal is reportedly worth around $9 million.
The 28-year-old Boss is entering his sixth season in the NFL. He spent his first four seasons as a member of the New York Giants, winning the super bowl as a rookie in 2008.
Boss joined the Oakland Raiders in 2011. He appeared in 14 games for the silver and black, posting 28 receptions for 368 yards and three touchdowns.
Drafted out of Western Oregon in the 5th round of the 2007 NFL draft, Boss has recorded 147 career receptions for 1,968 yards and 21 touchdowns.
